Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the db67 website accessible at db67.io, including all pages, sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and associated services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on the db67 platform or accesses the platform for any purpose.
• "Company" or "db67" means the operator of the db67 platform and all associated services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the db67 platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's db67 Account, including real-money funds and separately tracked bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain account features.
• "Supported Payment Method" means any deposit and withdrawal channel officially listed in the db67 cashier, including bKash, Nag ad, Rocket, Upay, and other methods as updated from time to time.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladesh Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the db67 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) before the bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Force Majeure" means any event outside the reasonable control of db67, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network failures, or civil unrest.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the db67 platform, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all use of the db67 platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device or interface.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a continuous obligation. If db67 updates these Terms (see Section 15), your continued use of the platform following notification of the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Eligibility

Use of the db67 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The db67 platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21. Players found to be under the age of 21 at any point will have their accounts immediately and permanently suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any real-money balance will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the db67 platform is lawful in your location.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion from the db67 platform or any platform operated by the same group. Any Player who registers a new account while under active self-exclusion will have the new account permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the db67 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.

db67 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players who provide false information to circumvent eligibility requirements will have their accounts closed, all winnings voided, and deposits returned at the sole discretion of db67.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the db67 platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, a Player must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identity documentation)
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Bangladesh
• Valid email address
• Mobile number linked to the Player's bKash, Nagad, or other nominated payment wallet
• A secure password chosen by the Player

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. db67 is not responsible for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Player. Players are required to update their account information promptly if any details change after registration.

Following registration, Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and may require proof of address and source of funds at db67's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account access being restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their Account. Players must not share their login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

db67 recommends that Players use a strong, unique password for their Account and enable two-factor authentication where available. Any activity that occurs on an Account while that Account is logged in will be treated as activity by the registered Account holder, unless the Player can demonstrate that the access was the result of unauthorised third-party access reported to db67 promptly upon discovery.

If a Player suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify db67 immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. db67 will act promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, to suspend the Account pending investigation. db67 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or failed to report suspected unauthorised access without delay.

Deposits

Players may fund their db67 Account using any Supported Payment Method listed in the db67 cashier at the time of deposit. All deposits are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). db67 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. db67 does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the payment provider, network connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond db67's reasonable control.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• db67 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by the payment provider are the Player's responsibility.
• db67 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the Account balance. Players who deposit funds in error must contact support immediately.
• db67 reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse a deposit at its discretion, including for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming reasons.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets that have been KYC-verified by db67 are processed within 15–30 minutes. Withdrawals to other supported methods may take up to 24 hours.
• db67 does not charge withdrawal fees on any standard supported Bangladesh payment method. Fees imposed by the payment provider are outside db67's control.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds resulting from wagering activity that satisfies applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• db67 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large or unusual withdrawals, in fulfilment of its compliance obligations.

db67 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, db67 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeline for the investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

db67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 8 as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each individual promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified Players who have not previously received the same bonus and who meet any additional eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a bonus is explicitly stated to be "wagering-free", all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on db67 welcome bonuses are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% of qualifying stake. Full contribution tables are available in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within 7 days of being credited to the Account unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without notice.
• Maximum Bonus Win: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a single bonus is ৳50,000 or 10x the original bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Abuse: db67 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably believes the Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion, or use of multiple accounts.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the db67 platform are provided by third-party certified game suppliers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, Habanero, and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own specific rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All game outcomes on the db67 platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) in the case of RNG games, or by live physical processes in the case of live dealer games. db67 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

• Wagers placed are final once confirmed. db67 does not cancel confirmed wagers except in the case of a manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, db67 will resolve the affected round using the most recent verifiable game state. If resolution is not possible, the wager will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.
• Winnings arising from games affected by a software malfunction, pricing error, or display error that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions may be voided at db67's discretion. db67 will provide notification in such cases.
• Sports betting markets are subject to event-specific rules. Void bets, postponed events, and settlement procedures are governed by the sports betting rules published in the db67 sportsbook section.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the db67 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the db67 platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or verification documents.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit promotions or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or extract data.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place wagers that would not otherwise be available.
• Laundering money or using the db67 platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a valid deposit transaction with a payment provider without first contacting db67 support.

Responsible Gaming

db67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting Players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gambling activity. The db67 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling is not a reliable way to generate income and involves inherent financial risk.

All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost, activated immediately upon request through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Limits can be reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable in-platform notifications reminding the Player of elapsed session time.
• Session Duration Limits: A hard cap on continuous session length, after which the Player is automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: A maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which further wagers are declined until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account may be used to process pending withdrawals but may not accept deposits or wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent and irrevocable account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed. Any remaining real-money balance is paid out following final KYC review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the db67 platform, including but not limited to the db67 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, written content, software, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of db67 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any db67 content. Unauthorised use of db67 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

Privacy and Data

db67 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at db67.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

db67 does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and applicable legal compliance. All personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db67's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

db67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if db67 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

db67 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or Force Majeure events. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Amendments

db67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, db67 will provide Players with reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may be made without prior notice.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always the version published at db67.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players who continue to use the platform after the effective date of any revision are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. Players who do not accept a material revision should cease using the platform and contact support to close their Account.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes not resolved amicably between the Player and db67 through the support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with rules agreed between the parties at the time of the dispute. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
